UK: Goods trade deficit narrows more than expected in February
FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - UK Goods trade deficit narrowed to £9.416 billion in February from £8.168 billion in January, according to data released today by National Statistics. Analysts expected the deficit to narrow only to £8.550 billion.
UK Trade deficit non-EU widened to £4.276 billion in February from £3.380 billion in January, and against expectations of widening only to £3.650 billion. Total Trade deficit widened to £3.642 billion from £2.494 billion.
